I re-created metal today. Using custom brushes and the threads filter, hand drawn scratches, layers of tones, and I threw a quick rust layer over at the end.

I'm actually looking for brushed Metals and I came across this texture running a google image search. This is a great texture that you made from scratch. Would you be able to show a break down of layers it took to create this? And Also is the thread filter in Photoshop or a PS plug-in? thanks
